Etablere professionelle relationer

  • Styre og kontrollere salgsprocessen med up-front contracts

Kvalificering

  • 1. Find ud af om du kan løse kundens problem/udfordring/mål 
  • 2. Find ud af om kunden kan afsætte de nødvendige ressourcer til det som du vil foreslå.
  • 3. Find ud af hvordan dit tilbud evalueres, og af hvem

 

 

STEP 3 Salgsproces

Målet er at få et "ja" eller "nej" til en købsbeslutning (eller beslutning om next step)

  • Lukning sker kun hvis kunden er kvalificeret i step 1 og 2, Og har indvilget i at træffe en beslutning efter din præsentation. 
  • Din præsentation bør kun fokusere på de pains - intet mere; intet mindre.
  • Post-Sell aktiviteter skal udvikle kunderelationen henimod partnerskab for fælles succes
